Having our work featured in the press always brings a rewarding feeling so I’m sure you can imagine how thrilled we are to have not one –but two!– projects written up in the current issue of Housetrends magazine and one of those projects also got the cover!

Our contemporary farmhouse design captured the “Project Spotlight” feature in the article titled, “Taking it to the Next Level” by Sarah J. Dills. A unique feature of this custom home design is the concept of bringing the ‘basement’ up to the main floor connected to the great room and kitchen.

We design custom homes that perfectly suit the lifestyle needs of our clients. For the clients of this modern farmhouse style home, space for entertaining and hosting events were a major factor in how we approached creating an ideal house plan for them. We’re excited that they can’t wait to host holiday parties in their new home!

The other Springhouse project featured in Housetrends is a Bellbrook custom home profiled in the article titled, “United with Nature” by Lee Rhodes. We created a secluded sanctuary with great views of the surrounding nature that the client loves. The open design of the kitchen, dining room and great room create a feeling of cohesion within the home and unobstructed views to the outside create a sense of connection with the outdoors.
